Annual Report 2025

Making B360 Happen

Foreword

Our annual report has a new look: for the first time, it will not be printed but will be available in digital form only. This is another step toward greater efficiency and modern communication. The digital edition allows us to provide you with additional information via direct links. I hope you enjoy reading it!

«Making B360 Happen»: Students from Southern Africa travel to Switzerland to complete an internship. Experts give us their time and travel to Southern Africa to share their knowledge. University graduates are supported and mentored by specialists in digital programs. The network in Namibia, Zambia, and South Africa is growing and intensifying. B360 moves, promotes, and is committed. All our efforts are possible thanks to our network, the B360 family.

The network in Africa is becoming increasingly important. We are pursuing the approach of «going local», and want to increase our presence on site. An important step in this direction was the appointment of four new members from Namibia and Zambia to the Advisory Board. The four B360 alumni bring the African perspective to the table and are key for the further development of B360. This includes, among other things, the establishment of «B360 Namibia» as an independent legal entity. We are convinced that with an office in Windhoek, we will be able to achieve an even greater impact and reach our target groups even more effectively. Preparations for «B360 Namibia» are in full swing, and we hope to be able to become operational in the first quarter of 2026, and actively support existing programs from Southern Africa.

The fact that B360 is having impact is thanks to our donors, volunteers, partner companies, and host families. The B360 family shares our aims, supports us financially and with a great deal of passion. We would like to thank you all for walking this path with us and supporting our ideas and goals.

Our Guiding Principle

«Business with a 360° perspective.»

We are convinced that helping people to help themselves is the most sustainable form of development cooperation – and education is the key to this!

Our Vision

Young Southern Africans are well equipped with professional expertise and valuable soft skills to find employment or start their own business, actively contributing to the economic and social progress of their home countries.

Our Mission Statement

We facilitate know-how transfer between European experts and African students.

B360 promotes the exchange of knowledge and experience between organizations and specialists in Europe and students, teaching staff and managers from universities in Southern Africa.

The objective of our programs is to contribute to the long-term development and stability in these countries and to support an increased understanding between North and South. In this way we help to improve their skills and raise their knowledge levels such that they can improve their own economic and social environment without assistance from abroad.
