Annual Report 2025
B360 Network
A big thank you to the B360 Family
The B360 network is multifaceted and extremely important for our work.
We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to our partners, all the committed companies, universities, and donors.
B360 Partners
In 2025, we continued to expand our network of partner companies and organizations in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and Southern Africa. We are delighted to be able to count on highly committed partnerships, some of which have been in place for many years.

This year, we were able to offer a record-breaking 16 three-month Northbound internships to students from our partner universities. Donations and Support
B360 education partnerships can only function thanks to the generous support of partner companies, partner organizations, sponsors, Friends of B360, donors, volunteers, guest lecturers, and host families.
We extend our sincere gratitude to all of them.
Volunteers and Guest Lecturers
All of our programs involve a great deal of passion, volunteer work, and pro bono work. Our work is only possible thanks to the voluntary help of many people – this commitment is a pillar of B360.
In 2025, xxx hours of volunteer and pro bono work were performed, corresponding to a market value of CHF xxx.
Host Families
The families who provide a home for our interns are essential to the success of the Northbound program. They play a key role in ensuring that students from Southern Africa feel at home in Switzerland and Liechtenstein and learn as much as possible about our culture.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the families who so generously open their doors.
Friends and Donors
Our network of friends and donors is essential to B360. Thanks to them, we are able to plan and implement our programs. We are grateful to be able to count on such broad support.
B360 Annual Event
Around 130 guests accepted our invitation to our 2025 annual event at Tanzwerk101 in Zurich. The various speakers provided insights into their motivation for working with B360. We would like to thank Sandra Huber and Katerina Fagetti from LGT Bank, as well as Markus Hübscher, Marco Blumenthal, Marianne Egli, and Sybille Amhof for their contributions and personal insights.
This year too, a contribution from the Virtual Interns 2024 was a must: Madalitso Chimalilo, Veronica Choolwe, Lusako Lwesya, Tina Mwamba, and Mwange Mwange gave a presentation on Zambia. Sabina Balmer hosted the evening and rounded off the presentation with an outlook for the future. This was followed by exciting discussions and a culinary experience on the summer terrace of Tanzwerk101.
