JSS Program

Successful 1:1 Mentoring

The Job Search Support Program (JSS) launched its first round in May 2025. Ten university graduates were given the opportunity to participate in one-on-one mentoring for their job search. They were supported by six mentors from LGT and four private individuals.

The second group started in November 2025 with another ten participants. For six months, the program participants and their mentors are in weekly contact. We were again able to count on the voluntary support of two LGT employees and eight private individuals.

We are delighted that the JSS has been so successful. More than half of the participants found a job in less than six months.
