Update July 2026
The B360 annual event took place on June 23, 2026. As in the previous year, we welcomed approximately 115 guests to Tanzwerk101 in Zurich.
With refreshing drinks, we enjoyed the summery weather and the view from the spacious terrace. During the official part of the event, various speakers shared their insights:
Sabina Balmer, founder and president of B360, welcomed the guests and reflected on the past year, highlighting various milestones and challenges. One of these milestones was the launch of B360 Namibia – Country Manager Nico Smit provided insights into the work being done in the new office. He, too, looked back on the past months, but focused particularly on the future and the priorities of B360 Namibia.
The next speaker had also traveled from Southern Africa. Ndapwa Kwedhi is a B360 Northbound alumna and a member of the B360 Advisory Board. In her presentation, she highlighted the impact and long-term effects of her B360 internship in Switzerland.
The second part of the presentation was marked by “farewells”. Rudolf Schmitt, a member of the B360 Board, and five members of the Advisory Board – Marianne Egli, Armin Hollenstein, Reto Kuprecht, Esther Sapi, and Albert Zwicker – were all honored and thanked for their contributions. After a visual retrospective of their work, they were officially bid farewell by Sabina Balmer and Rita Becker. We owe them all a huge debt of gratitude – for their long-term dedication, their time, and their significant contributions.
The presentation concluded with an outlook by Sabina Balmer and a photo review of the past 12 months. In addition, special thanks were extended to Barbara and Lino Camponovo, who for the past 15 years have rounded off the B360 annual event with a wonderful and lavish dessert buffet.
After the presentation, guests enjoyed the evening with culinary delights and interesting conversations.
