A B360 office in Namibia
We are delighted to inform you about an important step in the further development of B360 education partnerships.
In November, we established a legal entity in Namibia, which will start operations on February 1, 2026. With “B360 Namibia,” we are consciously pursuing a “going local” approach.
We are convinced that the office in Windhoek will enable us to achieve even greater impact and reach our target groups even more effectively. With a stronger local presence, we want to increase our impact, reach (new) target groups efficiently and be closer to the market. Thanks to a strong local network – including greater involvement of B360 alumni – “B360 Namibia” will be able to develop its own programs and partnerships and support our team in Switzerland in implementing all existing programs.
Nico Smit becomes Country Manager
We are delighted to have recruited Nico Smit, an extremely competent Country Manager for “B360 Namibia”. Nico Smit has already worked closely with us as a B360 coordinator at the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST) over the past decade and has a large network in Namibia.
He will start working for us on February 1, 2026, and we look forward to building “B360 Namibia” together with him.

Preparations for “B360 Namibia” are in full swing, and we hope to be able to actively support existing programs from Southern Africa and start new activities very soon.
