At work – my journey

After completing her B360 internship, Cynthia Chipango is now working as a Junior Research Analyst while pursuing a Master’s degree in Economics at the University of Zambia.

Her academic journey already reflects excellence: she graduated with distinction and ranked among the top students of her class.

Through her work, she is building strong analytical skills while gaining practical experience in research and data-driven decision-making.

Personal growth & impact

Cynthia is the first in her family to reach this level of education – a milestone that comes with both pride and responsibility.

Beyond her academic and professional achievements, she has developed key skills in leadership, communication and confidence. Through her involvement in the postgraduate student association, she strengthened her ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts and speak in public.
