Applications must be submitted electronically to info@b360.org by no later than 12pm (noon) on 14 September 2026.
B360 Namibia reserves the right to accept only those applicants deemed likely to most benefit from the program and who can fully contribute to group activities.

A N$500.00 registration fee is payable upon completion of the online registration and submission of supporting documents. Payment of the registration fee will guarantee your participation in the Career Starter Week – spaces are limited, and will not be held for those who do not complete this payment.
All program materials, daily refreshments and lunch, and a Certificate of Completion are included in the Registration fee.

The Career Starter Week takes place in-person at the NUST Hotel School in Windhoek, Namibia.
Program Facilitators
The Career Starter Week benefits from international and local expertise, drawing on Europeans and Namibians for program facilitation and content delivery.
Two B360 experts will provide overall program facilitation:
Thomas Weber
Thomas is a member of LGT Capital Partners Multi Asset Investment Committee Advisory Board, and a member of several fund boards. He is a Founding Partner of LGT Capital Partners AG, and was a Managing Partner and member of LGT Capital Partners Executive Management Team. Thomas holds a PhD in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, and an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University, USA. He has extensive experience in investment and portfolio management at the executive level.
Thomas currently serves on the Board of Directors of B360 Namibia, and has undertaken numerous B360 volunteer assignments to Southern Africa, including Namibia.
Antonius Knep
Antonius heads the Portfolio Management Clients Team and coordinates ESG activities for Portfolio Management for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. He holds a Master degree in Japanese Studies, Malay Studies and Political Science, and is a Swiss Certified Investment Managers / Financial Analyst (CIAA). Antonius is a Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA) of the European Federation of Financial Analyst Associations (EFFAS). He has extensive experience in journalism, financial portfolio management, equities management, and financial analysis.
