Sabina Ann Balmer (President)
is the founder of B360 education partnerships which offers companies the opportunity to participate in an education and ‘Cross Border Volunteering’ project. Prior to starting her own company Sabina Balmer worked for Credit Suisse for thirteen years in different functions in New York, Zürich and Zug. During the last three years at Credit Suisse she was the Chief Operating Officer of Credit Suisse Asset Management in Switzerland. Before joining Credit Suisse, she managed an infrastructure project for the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (DEZA) in Ouahigouya, Burkina Faso. In 1992 and 1993, Sabina Balmer worked as a WorldTeach Volunteer Teacher in Arandis, Namibia. She holds a Master of Arts from the University of Zurich and a Master of Advanced Studies from the Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich.

 

Lino Camponovo

has thirty years of experience as a veterinarian in his own practice, at the university and in industry. Currently he is working on a spin-off from the ETH Zurich in the biotechnology area after having worked for four years in Pune, Maharasthra as managing director of Intervet India Pvt. Ltd.. Prior to India he was the general manager of Veterinaria AG in Zurich and board member and interim general manager of Dr. Bommeli AG in Bern. Before his career in industry he worked at the Veterinary Faculty of the University of Zurich in internal medicine and surgery and had his own veterinary practice for thirteen years. Lino Camponovo has a university degree and Doctor of  Veterinary Medicine DVM from the University of Zurich.

 

Madeleine Dreyfus
studied psychology in Zürich. She works in private practice as psychoanalyst since 1980. Her field of work comprises counselling and crisis intervention, psychoanalysis and psychoanalytical psychotherapy, couple and family therapy, supervision for teams and groups. Madeleine Dreyfus has published about anti-Semitism and historical identity constructions in Switzerland. At the moment she is participating in a Swiss national research project about identity constructions in mixed (Jewish-non-Jewish) marriages. Madeleine Dreyfus is a member of the jury of the Paul Grüninger Foundation that awards an international prize for exceptionally courageous behaviour every three years.

 

Marianne Egli
did a commercial diploma in Switzerland and professional training in Marketing and Communication. She studied and worked in England and the USA and was consultant in different advertising agencies in Zürich. In1993 she founded Union 3 Communications with national and international mandates in all areas of communications. Her focus areas are in public relations and event marketing and since 2005 she is a guest lecturer at the IAM (Institute for applied media science) of the Zurich University of Applied Science (ZHAW).  She also is engagement in several non-profit organizations and charitable projects. Core competencies: implementation of pioneer projects, conceptual and holistic thinking, establishment and management of networks, coaching.

 

Reto Kuprecht (Vicepresident)
is managing the company 'Kuprecht ReSearch' in Zurich and focuses on executive search in the financial sector and M&A advisory. Previously he was in charge of the banking sector at an Executive Search Company and held various positions in Investment and Corporate Banking at UBS for over twenty years. After the merger of the former UBS and SBC, Reto Kuprecht was a relationship manager for stock-quoted multinational companies and finally returned to head M&A Projects in Zurich. The combination of his legal education and the vast experience in the financial sector enables him to take a holistic approach to problem analysis and solutions.

 

Peter H. Schmuki
worked for Credit Suisse for twenty-five years until 2008. Most recently as Executive Vice Chairman and Head of Credit Suisse Asset Management Switzerland. Prior to that, Peter Schmuki held a number of senior positions in Fixed-Income Capital Markets in Credit Suisse's Investment Banking Division in New York, Zurich and London. Before joining Credit Suisse, he was an attorney in private practice. Peter Schmuki received his Ph.D. in law from Zurich University School of Law and his Masters in Comparative Jurisprudence from the New York University School of Law. He is a member of the Zurich and New York Bars.
