How we do it

B360 education partnerships is a non-profit organization, financed solely through its own fundraising activity. We collaborate directly with institutes of higher education in Namibia and Zambia, in areas that can make a significant contribution to mid- and long-term economic and social development. Targeting these needs, we recruit volunteer lecturers, from the European public and private sectors, to create and deliver relevant content for teaching assignments lasting a minimum of three weeks.

Parallel to this we look for European companies able to offer internships to excellent students from our partner schools. We then either sign agreements for three-month internships for the selected students, or integrate these into tailor-made corporate social responsibility (csr) packages that include lecturing assignments for staff members from the partnering company and philanthropic donations.
