B360 education partnerships is looking for support from volunteer experts, host companies and families for African interns and donors offering assistance through funding or pro bono services.
Volunteer experts are required for a range of disciplines, including food safety, occupational health and safety, communication, mechanical and civil engineering, economics, human resources, hospitality management and e-learning, for assignments of a minimum of three weeks in Namibia and Zambia. Host companies in Switzerland and other European countries are needed to provide internships for African students for a minimum period of two, ideally three, months. These can also form part of a win-win csr (corporate social responsibility) package to include the internship, a corporate volunteering assignment for a member of staff and a fundraising component. Such packages are always tailor-made to suit the company’s needs and to maximize the lasting positive impact of sucha collaboration for both sides. Donors are invited to support the organization’s valuable work via direct funding or the provision of vitally important pro bono services. Even air mile donations can make a difference by facilitating travel for interns and experts between Europe and Africa.
